OE GASTRO SHIELD

OE Gastro Shield is specially formulated with probiotics, digestive fibers, inulin (a critical component for probiotic effectiveness, without it they will not survive long enough to reach their intended areas), and select minerals to help maintain a normal digestive tract and gastric functions in performance horses. When given as directed, it helps maintain normal gastric pH, contains a source of live (viable), naturally occurring microorganisms to enhance and support gastric health. Keeping the digestive tract healthier through prevention may help reduce the occurrence of gastric ulcers.

Case studies of acid reducers or Proton Pump Inhibition (such as products containing Omeprazole) show that they may weaken bone strength when used over an extended time period.  Gastro Shield uses multiple vitamins and minerals to reduce acid in the stomach, help protect the stomach lining, and strength bone structure.
