BotuSemen is an extender used to dilute the ejaculate during the centrifugation process for freezing. It has been developed after years of research. Its current formulation enables the sperm safe transportation until the moment of insemination.

COMPOSITION:
Skimmed milk powder UHT sterilized, sugars, amino acids, antioxidants, and excipients.

HOW TO PREPARE:
Add all the content of this packet in 100 mL of sterile water and shake very well.

HOW TO USE:
For transport of cooled semen dilute to concentration of 30 to 50 million sperm per mL.
Extend 1:1 (V/V) wait 15 minutes for insemination with no cooled semen.

STORAGE AND STABILITY:
After mixing, store it at 2-8ºC for up to 3 days.
