This poultice is made with a whiter clay base for easier removal from the horse’s leg. Used to draw out swelling & soreness, and as a cooling agent. May be used daily. For use on legs, cleanse area thoroughly. For maximum results, cover area to be treated with a liberal amount and cover with moist, brown paper. Then wrap with plastic and hold in place with a quilted leg wrap or sheet cotton and a standing bandage. Leave in place for 12 to 24 hours. Washes off easily with water. For use on hooves, pack bottom of hoof and hold in place with brown paper or hoof boots.
